Willows are very easy to grow and Rosemary demonstrated how to take cuttings. They are very fast growers and in the second year the willow should be cut to within an inch of the ground. Most of the willows grown are for florist, basket and furniture making. Each member was able to take home a cutting of one of Rosemary’s willows.
