Meeting start 7:05 pm

1. Coffee: decaf instant Starbucks vs Tim Hortons decaf instant cost is a factor. Opting to go with Tim Hortons Instant as it is a better price point.
   Cathy to buy instant coffee from Tim Hortons
2. Pat Peach: retiring end of 2024. Packages to be brought in and stored by someone. Offer to be made by a club member to take it on vs. the CRBA club doing it (risk and insurance needed). Not easily done by club to take it on as it will default to member position. Urban bee/Buckerfields/Flying Dutchmann/Borden’s/Integrity Sales (Dwight) as sources to order through for packages.
   Bill Cavers to connect with Buckerfields/Borden’s about future large club orders of packages.
   Cathy to talk to Dwight at Integrity Sales
3. August Get-together: Thursday 8th
   Cindy to apply for a permit for Beaver Lake Shelter.
4. June meeting
   * Beginners Corner – Don Lambert
   * Intermediate Corner – Carolyn or Bill Fosdick
   * Main Topic – Shirley to present hive survival results, Cathy to discuss Outyards/work party
   * What’s in Bloom – Simon Lightbody
   * Swarm stories and how they turn out – Laure Newnham
   Bill Cavers to ask Simon and Laure to prepare a small presentation.
5. Club Business
   Bill C to check in with Christina K if she is wanting to be a Member at Large
   Bill C to ask Mark Polle if he would be interested in Educational/Promotional Material Coordinator
   Bill C to talk to Janet and Laure if they would like to attend the exec meetings
