- Beginners Corner
- Don requesting to move it back downstairs again due to noise/disruptions
- Less intimidating for beginners to ask questions
- It was moved upstairs as Amanda needs to have camera set up for both meetings
- Intermediate group could meet in the kitchen area
- Action: need to check in with Amanda to see how she feels about setting up downstairs for 630pm and then moving upstairs at 7pm

- Financials/Issues
- Club requirement is for a member at large that is not on the executive to review the financials for transparency/Rupert Rhodes usually does this
- Rupert has made many changes and requests but in more of an audit type approach
- Complex details are not required as CRBA is a public service type club
- Mary and Heather spent hours tidying up the financials and keeping them simple and honest
- Cash Basis Method approach is what Mary is suggesting (Government SteriGenics grant is the only issue that is reported in a different year than it is spent)
- Motion: Mary motions to approach the financials as a Cash Base Method from an Accrual Type Method (Second: Bill Hadden) Approved
- Action: Bill C will discuss with Rupert the accounting practices, expectations, and the motion to go forward with the Cash Base Method
- April Meeting
- Don will do Beginners Corner: topic mites/ nucs
- Bill F will do Intermediate Corner: topic to be determined
- Don will do main meeting topic of swarms and Laure N to talk about swarm committee
- Swarm Committee Policies and Procedures are up on the club website
- May Meeting
- Suggestions: Tara Galpin Bee Inspector (topic to be determined)
- SteriGenics
- Investment Agriculture Fund is interested in featuring our club in their monthly newsletter (photos needed)
- Action: Bill H and Don to take photos tomorrow on their trip to Vancouver to pick up SteriGenics processed equipment
- Would be nice to have a day assigned towards bee equipment
- Keeping good relations with SteriGenics is important for good public relations
