1. Introductions
2. Membership Profile/Experience – Bill C shared the membership levels over the past 10 years.
   50% of current members are in year 1-3, 50% are seasoned beekeepers.
   What topics do members want? Don is in contact with the Cowichan club and will request that they share topics they’ve recently presented.
3. Banking Signatures – add Bill Cavers and Dorothee Tilly (leaving 4 signatories; Bill F, Bill C, Dorothee T & Cathy T). Two current signatories will need to make an appt and attend together.
   Bill C to organize a Saturday appointment at the bank. Update website password & executive position name changes (Werner)
4. Directors at Large/Volunteers – everyone to consider & engage others who may be interested in volunteering
5. Agenda for April/May
   • April – 6:30 pm new beekeeper corner; 7:00 pm swarms; discussion on how to organize the swarm call outs
   • May – TBD
6. Zoom going forward – Bill F has provided the Zoom account information to Bill C.
7. Die-off Survey – Shirley R. has volunteered to contact members to poll how many hives have made it through the winter, to add to current data. Bill C. will send out a memo to all club members with a ‘heads up’ to expect Shirley’s call.
8. Club PO Box – Rinah will have a second key cut and provide mailbox keys to Bill C.
9. Intermediate group – request to restart the intermediate group discussion, in progress
10. Small groups; contact the current list of leaders for each region and confirm availability to lead their group for 2023. Victoria will contact members currently listed.
11. Swarm call organization – organize in same geographical format as small groups?  Cindy & Victoria have volunteered to organize the list of those carrying the swarm phone. A discussion at the April club meeting will be held for those interested in swarms, what role do they want to play.
12. Lifetime memberships – the CRBA would like to recognize Alanna M., Carolyn H., Heinz K. with a lifetime membership for their contributions to the club; motion to refund 2023 membership dues already paid and affirm as lifetime members.
    Moved Don, second Mary, all in favor.
    Affirm that bee inspector Tara Galpin is provided an annual membership for 2023.
