- IAF (Investment Agriculture Foundation) Funding
- Funded our Sterigenics trip this year. Application window March 29 – June 30
Action Item: Bill C will approach Rinah Kline, Alanna Morbin to see if they will either make the application or help us.

- Club’s 75th Anniversary
- Celebration will be held on August 10th at Beaver Lake Park
- Cindy booked the covered picnic area; 7:00 pm start

- Swarm Committee
- Issues with ability for volunteers to see or access the Google drive

- Privacy Policy; the CRBA Privacy Policy has been created and reviewed by the Executive.
Motion: to approve the Privacy Policy and post on the club website. Moved by Bill C, seconded by Victoria S., approved by all. - Outyards Policy and Process document
Action item: Bill C to circulate to membership along with the Privacy Policy with next month’s BeeLine.

- Frame Jigs
- Bill H. has volunteers to make frame jigs for the club members’ use for the cost of the materials.
Motion: motion to proceed with Bill H. building 3 frame jigs to add to the club rental program. Moved by Cindy P., seconded by Victoria S., approved by all.

- Bill H volunteered to make another sign, working with Cathy Totten

- Attendance by Zoom will not be available, issues with computer and Zoom. The club could use a volunteer who is more proficient with technology.
