1. Plans for February 2023 meeting:
   • Meet & greet – learn about executive roles
   • New bee keepers corner
   • Rosemary Ishkanian – Willow in Your Garden, discussion on willows & early blooms
   • Larry – what to do in February & March
2. Plans for March 2023 meeting:
   • New bee keepers corner
   • CRBA – Annual General Meeting and Inventions and Contraptions
   • Filling Executive Positions; President, First Vice President, Treasurer, confirm Directors at Large
   • Splits & how to do them
3. Email membership to solicit feedback for future meeting topics.
4. Annual membership fees – unanimous agreement to keep the annual membership at the current $32.00.
5. The Sterigenics plan is in progress, dates still to be determined. This year will require two travel dates, one for delivery and one to return and pick up. Club has agreed to cover the cost for truck rental, BC ferry fees, fuel, and meal for volunteers.
   • Motion to approve up to $2,000.00 for the truck rental, ferry fees & fuel; unanimous agreement
   • Motion to approve $50 per day for meals to each volunteer traveling to Coquitlam to complete the Sterigenics trip; 4 approvals, 1 recuse
6. Current 2023 Membership stands at 46 Plus some family members.
7. Seedy Saturday – Victoria will enquire on event date for 2023.
