Bill called the meeting to order at 7:17 PM.

Quorum was met.

Tonight’s meeting was to plan out next year’s agendas for the association’s general meetings. Bill had compiled the comments from the meeting at the potluck dinner.

• January – Possible program – Pat Keough – Apitherapy
• February – Dave MacDonald, provincial bee inspector, liquid feedings
• March – This is the Annual General Meeting – Willow Lady
• April – Brenda Jager to speak on queen rearing and importing queens
• May – Life cycle of the bee, support wild pollinators
• June – New technology – Jerry Rozema?
• July – Preparing for the fairs – how to wrap a frame for showing
• August – Classic failures, treatment demonstrations
• September – Research information
• October – Talk on keeping records from your hive, True confessions and the wind up of the fair results
• November – Year end potluck

Bill spoke on the possible need to relocate the Outyard as the trees are now overgrowing the fireweed. See if it is possible to locate nearer Victoria.

Suggestions to have the library featured in book revenues on the books in the library featuring different members.

Bill configured a chart to show what sub committees the association should have and to have a member or a group of members in charge of each sub committee.
