Blackberries are here and so is the summer weather! That is an awesome combination for any beekeeper.
During the May/June Bike to Work Week [1] last month, I was astounded at the amount of wildflowers scattered along the scenic Galloping Goose Trail [2]. While my bike-to-work venture covered only 20kms of the 60km trail, there were plenty of floral fragrances visible that would make many a beekeeper happy. Here is just a small selection:
