  • We have been using Carolyn and Nicole’s accounts.
  • Should we get club membership?
  • Motion to get a club Zoom Membership by Carolyn. Kazlyn 2nds, passed.
• 30 members paid dues so far. 8 new.
  • Nicole to send out reminders
  • Password for website changes in April.
  • Can post reminder on Facebook page.
  • Membership was up last year.

  • Small group coordinators – need to add to the list when members sign up. Nicole to ask Werner to add.

  • What were our totals last year?
  • They’ve added a wrapping cost. $250-ish cost last year.
  • Minimum fee $2,250. May have trouble getting to this total.
  • Last year was ~$2,400
  • Did the higher level of radiation last year.
  • Don may not be available to drive.
  • Could invite another island club.
  • 2 trips will be necessary.
  • Do we use a delivery service?
    • The sticky-ness and loading/unloading of the boxes may be an issue.
  • Diamond Delivery has warehouse in North Saanich. Carolyn to contact. Maximum Express also.
