Executive Meeting (August 2018)

Attending: Don L, Rupert R, Bill F, Irene T, Barry D, Carolyn H, Tara B

Bill called the meeting to order at 7:10pm.

September speaker will be Paul van Westendorp – topics will be nutrition and medications

Bill F will be away for the September general meeting and Carolyn H and Don L will co-chair the meeting.

BCHPA conference – October – Barry gave the executive a rundown as to what will be happening. There are 5 vendors committed and 5 pending. The entertainment is to be a comedian. Bill F will be the emcee for the dinner and entertainment. There will be a Prince George contingent shadowing Barry during the AGM and educational days. Rupert will not be available the weekend of the AGM. Irene T volunteered to take his position that weekend.

New Beekeepers corner October Meeting – Don L will speak on nutrition and wasps.

October’s general meeting will be Linda Weech – Congolese Pygmy Beekeeping
